CMS Training: Accessing the CMS

When you log in to theEMPLOYEEapp on a computer, you’ll be taken to the front end Web App.

To get into the CMS or into the Analytics Dashboard, go up to the top right navigation menu and click on the Crown Icon.

This icon will only show up for users who have been granted administrative permissions. And for security and authentication purposes, a user must access the app once before they can be given administrative permissions. If you still do not see a crown icon, but should have admin access, please reach out to your Client Success Account Manager.

Once you click on the icon and select “Content Management” it will open the CMS in a separate tab.

Once you are in the CMS, you’ll notice that your view has changed and there are a number of different options available to you in the left-side menu.
