CMS Training: Editing Folders & Content

Ever make a mistake in an email and then panic because you have to send yet another email to make it right? Well with the app, we make editing content easy…and stealthy!

Say, you need to fix a typo in the caption or even update to a more recent PDF, you’ll just go to the post, click the check box and select edit.

This will pull the content card back up and you can change anything you want. And when you’re done, just click “edit” and voila!

The same thing goes with editing the name of a folder.

But there’s more!

You can also move folders or pieces of content by checking that box and selecting the move option. Or you can delete posts. But caution, deleted content cannot be recovered.

You can also assign permissions from this menu. But more on that in the next video.
